We encourage participation in the running of the association and in the contribution of our members. It adds much to committeee meetings to know that we are not working in isolation but rather hand in hand with you,

The best way of getting things discussed is to submit them to our Secretary (see contacts page) . This can be done in writing or by e-mail. Anything submitteed will be distributed on or before the next meeting.

Our approach in discussion is one of common sense. i.e if we can see a way of reacting positively we will do. Very very occassionally we have to be circumspect if one member dominates discussions,

When the commitee meeting has taken place you will recieve feedback from the secretary (but please note that since minutes of one meeting are agreed at the next, it may be a month before the committee formally agrees the minutes).
